Kenneth Grant
Kenneth Grant (1924–2011) was a British occultist, writer, and ceremonial magician known for expanding Aleister Crowley’s Thelemic system with his own esoteric vision. As the head of the Typhonian Order (an offshoot of the Ordo Templi Orientis), he integrated elements of Lovecraftian mythology, Tantra, and dark occult currents into Thelema. His works, such as The Magical Revival and Outside the Circles of Time, explore the intersections of magic, the subconscious, and extraterrestrial influences. Grant’s unique approach to occultism, often labeled "Typhonian Thelema," emphasizes dreamwork, non-human intelligences, and deep explorations of hidden magical traditions.
